We have provisionally reserved rooms for conference attendees at the Hotel AR Parquesur and the Hotel Tryp Leganes, both in Leganes (the Hotel Tryp Leganes is a short walk from the University Carlos III of Madrid campus).

In order to book one of these rooms you simply need to contact the agency Viajes el Corte Ingles before the 8th November.

You will be required to provide your full name and credit card number. This is only to guarantee the reservation as payment will be made upon your stay.

The prices are as follows:

Hotel AR Parquesur (4*):

90 euros for a double room with one occupant

 

 100 euros for a double room with two occupants

 

  

Hotel Tryp Leganes (3*):

74.90 euros for a double room with one occupant

 

 85.60 euros for a double room with two occupants

These prices include a buffet breakfast and VAT.
