This year, the ACM CoNEXT 2012 conference will be held on three full days, in addition to one day of workshops (Capacity Sharing, UrbaNe and Student Workshop). The workshops are paid and can be taken separately or jointly with the main conference. By registering to one workshop, access is given to the three workshops, which run in parallel. Students who register for the main conference get free access to the Student Workshop.

The conference will take place at the B4 Nice Plaza Hotel (12, Av. De Verdun, 06000 Nice). We ask all participants to do their best to stay at the conference hotel. The hotel will charge us a fee if we don’t fill our room block, which is the usual way to secure meeting rooms in a hotel. To give you an incentive, all participants who book their room at the hotel of the conference via our site will get a discount of 50 USD on the conference registration. The discount also applies in case of participants sharing a room at the conference hotel.

On-site Registration

On-site registration will be possible but only through RegOnline, with a valid credit card. Cash or other forms of payment will not be accepted.

Conference Banquet

ACM CoNEXT 2012 conference registration includes attendance to the social event, which will be held on the evening of Wednesday December 12th, 2012. In case you want to bring a companion to the social event, you can indicate this on your RegOnline registration and include the extra payment with your own conference registration payment. The cost of an extra ticket to bring a guest to the social event is USD 100.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your registration until November 29, 2012, but a cancellation fee of USD 75 for the main conference and USD 30 for a workshop will be deduced. You can also transfer the registration, without charge, to another person. For canceling your registration, please send us an email to conext@lists-sop.inria.fr.
