Q: Circuit switching → packet
switching → DTNs. What lessons can we take from our past experience and
apply to a new paradigm of phones used for voice messaging? Email was
replaced the phone. Is there a possibility of a voice spam with such
technology?
-
A: SMS is not a spam because it costs. The same
could be assumed about proposed system.
-
Q: Why Grameen phone approach is not enough? How
it is related to presented work?
-
A: Grameen gives out phone to a
lady in a village that accepts money for calls. This approach is not
effective to penetrate rural areas where there is no direct coverage.
Asynchronous communication would help here.
