Information to poster and demo presenters
This year SIGCOMM will have combined poster and demo sessions. Session 1 will be held on Tuesday (Aug 16th) and Session 2 on Wednesday (Aug 17th). Both sessions will be from 15:30 to 17:00.
Poster logistics
Posters should be A0 size, in portrait mode. They will be mounted on the walls or on a stand. Sigcomm will provide glue.
Posters will be displayed in the Metro West, the same place as demos. Please refer to the poster program to find your poster session and number. Posters should be setup and removed the same day of the session when they are displayed: setup during the lunch break (12:30 - 14:00) and removal right after the poster session.
Demo logistics
Sigcomm will provide each demo with:
- one table of size 180cm x 80cm
- one 32" monitor, on a stand beside the table
- max resolution: 1368x768, which is 16:9 aspect ratio.
- VGA inputs.
- Note to MAC users: you should bring your own adaptors mini-DVI to VGA, or DVI to VGA, or micro-DVI to VGA.
- one poster stand or space on the wall
Demos will be presented in Metro West. Please refer to the demo program to find your demo session and number. You will find the location for your demo here. You will find the demo setup and removal times for each room and date in the table below. Demo rooms will be locked outside of these times.
