ACM SIGCOMM 2023 Registration

Registration for the SIGCOMM 2023 main conference (including all its parallel events), workshops, and tutorials is managed via a CVENT website.

The participants have three registration options, namely:

Full Conference (main conference + workshops & tutorials): This includes access to the main conference, workshops, and tutorials.
Workshops and Tutorials Only: This option grants access solely to the workshops and tutorials, available in-person. Participants who register for workshops and tutorials may freely attend any workshop or tutorial.
Virtual: With this choice, participants can attend the main conference virtually, without physical presence.

Please note that the prices vary depending on the chosen registration option.

The workshops and tutorials will be held on September 10, 2023 and the main conference will take place on September 11 - 14, 2023.

For accepted papers, at least one author should register for the full conference. All papers and posters are expected to be presented in person by one of the authors at the main conference or at one of the workshops. In case all co-authors cannot attend the conference, please contact the general chairs to discuss the possibility of a remote presentation. If the presenting author is a student, the author may register at the student rate, i.e., SIGCOMM 2023 does not require a full-rate registration from student authors.

Full conference registrations (Conference + Workshops & Tutorials), except "Virtual", include breaks and lunches between Sunday September 10 and Thursday September 14, a Welcome Reception, and a Banquet Dinner. Students registered for full conference also receive free tickets to the Student Dinner.

“Workshops & Tutorials Only” registrations include breaks and lunch on Sunday September 10. Welcome Reception is not included. The “Virtual” ticket provides access for the main conference to a streaming feed and Slack channels.

Workshops and tutorial sessions will not be live streamed. Please contact workshop/tutorial organizers if you have related questions.

All refund requests must be made in writing and received no later than August 28, 2023. There is a $85 processing fee subtracted from the refund. No refunds will be processed for those canceling after August 28, 2023.

The deadline of early registration is August 18th, 2023, 11:59pm AOE.
