REGISTRATION FEES

The cut off date for registration is October 15, 2004. All registrations MUST be received by this date. There will be NO on-site registration.

Member: $375
Non-Membership: $500

The conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday; Reception on Monday and Banquet on Tuesday.

Additional social event entries (includes both reception and banquet) are $112 each.

Students who are not ACM or USENIX members must FAX a copy of their valid student ID or tuition receipt with their registration form.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

You should receive e-mail confirmation within 5 business days (given that the email address you have provided is readable and valid). If you do not, or have any questions, please email us at imc2004-taormina@acm.org.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing by contacting the ACM Member Services Department. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. There will be NO cancellation accepted after 18 October 2004.
