Call For Workshops, ACM IMC 2025
For the first time, the 2025 Internet Measurement Conference is soliciting proposals for workshops co-located with the conference.
We invite you to submit a workshop proposal for full- (Monday) or half-day (Friday) events on topics relevant to the Internet Measurement Conference community. Topics representing new areas and interdisciplinary applications are particularly welcome.
Important Dates
- Proposal submission deadline: May 23rd (AoE)
- Notification of acceptance: June 11
- Final workshop CfP due date: TBD
- Workshop paper submission deadline:TBD
- Workshop paper acceptance notification to authors: TBD
Proposal Requirements
Workshop proposals need to include the following material consolidated into a single PDF file.
Workshop name and abbreviation
Motivation and relevance for the Internet Measurement community
Comparison with existing workshops and conferences on related topics
Prior history of the workshop, including number of submissions, number of accepted papers, and attendee count
Names and affiliations of workshop chairs
Names and affiliations of the workshop program committees (draft, but as complete as possible)
A Call for Papers (draft, but as complete as possible).
Workshop format (half/full day, expected number of presented papers, invited talks, panels, etc). Please note that there is limited space for workshops, so please indicate if both full- and half-day options are feasible for your workshop
Expected number of submissions, accepted papers, and attendees
Planned Deadlines (internal and external)
Promotion strategy to attract participants
Financial support (if applicable)
