Registration Policy for Authors
We require at least one author (student, member or non-member) to register for every accepted paper to be published. A single registration can cover multiple papers, as long as the registrant is an author of each of the papers.
Presentation Policy
Remote presentations are not permitted. Any co-authors attending the conference may be required to present the paper (including Professors).The aim is to ensure on-site interactivity and engagement, with the objective of providing a better experience for participants attending the physical event.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations are non-refundable.
