Directions to the Conference Venue
Here is a link
to a page with travel times between Boston and major cities by air and road.
By Air:
The hotel is approximately 4 miles from Logan Airport but if you
drive, you may encounter delays due to the construction of a new
harbor tunnel. Taxi fare from the airport is around $10-12 one way.
A very convenient form of transportation from the airport to
the hotel is the subway system. Take a five minute ride from the
terminal to the Airport subway station on a Massport shuttle bus
free of charge. At the subway station, take the blue line to
Government Center station, change to the green line for a one
station hop to the Park Street station and take the red line to
Kendall station. The hotel is right outside the station.
By Car:
If you are driving from out of town, you can approach the hotel
either from Mass Pike (I-90) or from I-93. From Mass Pike going
east, take exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston), follow signs to
Cambridge and turn right onto Storrow Drive. On Storrow Drive, go
approximately 1 and a half miles, exit at Government Center/Kendall
square, make a sharp left at the light over Longfellow Bridge and go
through one set of lights. The hotel is on the left. From I-93
north or south, take exit 26 (Storrow Drive/ Cambridge), stay in
the left lane and exit left toward Storrow Drive. From Storrow
Drive, take the first exit on the left (Government Center /
Kendall Square) and at the end of the ramp where there is
a flashing red light, turn right onto Longfellow Bridge. Once you are
over the bridge, continue on Broadway for 1/4 mile and the hotel is on
the left-hand side.
