Conference Hotel
Tokyo offers a wide range of hotels, and many of them offer online reservations via the Internet. Although there aren't many hotels within a short walk distance from the conference venue, the venue is easy to access by subway. The closest subway station is "Todai-mae" station on the "Nanboku" subway line.
We list several hotels in neighbor areas below for your convenience but you can choose any hotel with good subway access in central Tokyo.
Note that hotel rates in Japan are often given as "cost per person" rather than "cost per room". So, if you book a room for 2 or more people, make sure whether the room rate is per person or per room.
About Ryokan: ryokan are traditional Japanese style inns, and usually rates include dinner and breakfast. If you are planning to go out for dinner, we don't recommend to stay at ryokan.
