AUGUST 17-22

The demo session will be held from 1515-1615 on Wednesday (Aug 20th) in the Princessa Ballroom. The presenters will be able to set up their demo in the preceding 30-min break. Those who need more time setting up should consider starting the setup during the preceding technical session itself. The room will be ready for setup roughly 30 mins after lunch.

SIGCOMM will provide an easel for an accompanying poster (if any), a 6ft table for the equipment, electrical power, and wired network access to each demo. All other equipment (e.g., computers, monitors, keyboard, etc.) must be arranged by the presenters. See shipping information below if needed. Alternatively, some equipment (e.g., monitor or screen-n-projector) can be also be rented from the hotel. To learn about availability and pricing, please contact Kyle Iddings [kiddings@PSAV.COM] directly.

The poster session will be held from 1455-1555 on Tuesday (Aug 19th) in the Princessa Ballroom. We will provide an easel for supporting the posters.

Optional demo and poster session

For willing presenters and attendees, there will be another, optional demo and poster session during the lunch break on the Thursday (Aug 21st). This session will also be held in the Princessa Ballroom. The demo presenters may be able to leave their setup intact from the previous day.
