Conference and hotel registration is handled by the Stockholm Convention Bureau (see address below). Note that the number of delegates is limited to 500 and that registration requests will be handled on a "first-come-first-served" basis.

Conference fee includes proceedings, refreshments at breaks, two lunches, reception and the conference dinner. Tutorial fee includes tutorial notes, lunch and refreshments during breaks.

Once registered, an automatic e-mail will be returned and a confirmation letter will be sent to you, by ordinary mail, well in advance of the conference start.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Stockholm Convention Bureau. An administration fee of SEK 500 (approx. USD55) will be charged for cancellations received no later than August 11, 2000. After this date there will be no refund of registration fees.

VAT for Conference and Tutorial Fees
Due to Swedish tax legislation, delegates from different countries should pay the delegate fee either including or excluding Swedish VAT. Please identify your category below and choose the appropriate alternative on the registration form.

• Delegates from countries outside the European Union: choose the fees that exclude VAT.
• Delegates from the European Union. If fees are paid:
  • by companies and other taxable entities within the European Union then do not pay VAT.
  • by non-taxable entities and private persons within the European Union then include VAT.
  • within Sweden then include VAT.
