Getting There

Note: This workshop is by invitation only.

The closest airport is the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) Airport, which is located about 10 miles south of downtown Atlanta. To get to the conference hotel from the airport, you can take the train (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority or MARTA), or a taxi (about $35).

The workshop hotel is the Wyndham Midtown Atlanta, located at 125 10th street NE, Atlanta GA 30309.

The workshop will be held at the Klaus Advanced Computing Building (KACB), in the Georgia Tech campus, located at 266 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, GA 30332. It is building no-153 at the Georgia Tech campus map. KACB is close (5-min walking) to the Tech Square area, where you can find several restaurants, coffee shops and a Barnes and Noble bookstore.

Transportation from the hotel to the workshop site

  • Hotel shuttle service. The hotel will provide their complenentary 10 passenger hotel shuttle service for guests to use within a 2-mile radius of the hotel, and also will transfer guests to the Georgia Tech campus.

  • Walking or Taxi. The distance between the hotel and KACB is 1.1 miles.

  • Georgia Tech Trolley. You can take the Trolley at the MARTA MIDTOWN train station on 10th street, which is very close to the hotel (here is the Trolley Route). The tech trolley will stop in front of the KLAUS Bldg. Cross the street and proceed up the stairs, keep straight until you reach the double glass doors. Enter the atrium and meeting the room will be on the right.
