Here is some preliminary information about registration prices and categories. All fees are listed in  Hong Kong Dollars and US Dollars is for reference only. Registration fees will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars.

A Special Note on Author Registration Policy

Each regular paper must be accompanied by at least one full registration, regardless of the registering author's status, and must be presented at the conference by an author. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the proceedings and the ACM Digital Library. Poster papers require separate registration; registering for a regular paper does not cover posters. Note: 1. Full registration excludes any discounted or grant-funded registrations. 2. One full registration can cover up to three poster papers, but it is mutually exclusive with regular paper registration.

Important Deadline for Accepted Papers and Posters

Each accepted paper and poster must complete full registration by July 10th, Anywhere on Earth, to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and ACM Digital Library.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, please contact finance chair RongWei Yang. The deadline for receiving the refund request is July 15, 2026.
