What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
All refund requests must be made in writing (email or regular postal mail) to the Registration Chairs
and received no later than August 1, 2010. Requests received by August 1st, will receive a full refund less a $ 75 (USD) process fee.
No refunds will be processed for those cancelling after August 1, 2010.
